About This Project
A 150,000 sq ft innovation campus designed for a high-growth SaaS company, featuring open collaboration zones, soundproof focus pods, a rooftop wellness deck, and a 300-seat auditorium. The building targets LEED Platinum certification.
The Challenge
The client's headcount grew by 60% during the 14-month construction period, requiring three major scope revisions to accommodate an expanding workforce while maintaining the original delivery date.
Our Solution
We implemented an agile construction methodology with modular interior partitions that could be reconfigured without structural changes. Weekly design sprints with the client allowed real-time adjustments, and we pre-ordered long-lead materials against the most aggressive headcount forecast.
The Result
Handed over on the original contracted date despite the scope changes. The campus achieved LEED Platinum and was named 2024 Silicon Valley Project of the Year by the California Building Association. Employee satisfaction scores increased by 35% post-occupancy.
