About This Project
A 22-storey headquarters tower in Zurich's financial district, delivering 280,000 sq ft of premium office space with a double-height lobby, executive dining, a 120-person trading floor, and Switzerland's first BREEAM Outstanding-rated commercial interior.
The Challenge
The client's trading floor required zero downtime during the move from their old premises across the street. The fit-out had to accommodate Swiss Minergie sustainability standards while supporting 2,000+ hot-desk employees with cutting-edge AV and cybersecurity infrastructure.
Our Solution
We executed a phased migration over four weekends, with fully commissioned trading pods moved overnight. The building management system integrates lighting, shading, and HVAC into a single AI-driven platform that reduces energy consumption by 40%. All materials were sourced within 300 km to meet Minergie criteria.
The Result
The project won the 2024 Swiss Property Award for Best Commercial Interior. Employee productivity increased by 22% in post-occupancy surveys, and the building achieved 98% occupancy within six months of opening.
