James O. Whitfield
Chief Operating Officer
James leads Prime Edge's operations with a track record of scaling construction firms from regional players to national leaders. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BSc in Civil Engineering.

Team Coordinator

Alicia heads Prime Edge's interior design division with 18 years of experience across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. Her award-winning work has been featured in Architectural Digest and Interior Design Magazine.

Director of Construction
Kevin leads all construction operations, managing a portfolio of active sites across five states. A licensed General Contractor, he is known for his rigorous quality control and safety culture.

Head of Project Management
Tonya drives programme delivery across Prime Edge's complex, multi-stakeholder projects. A certified PMP and LEED AP, she ensures every project crosses the finish line on time and within budget.

Nathan builds and maintains Prime Edge's pipeline of new clients and strategic partnerships. His network spans major developers, REITs, and government procurement offices across the US.
